The house is really spacious for 4 people, with a large kitchen / living room in particular becoming a great social centerpoint to the house. All bedrooms are furnished well, with no cracks or damp on the walls. There is even 2 showers and 2 toilets - plenty for only 4 people!
No real problems in our experience with CPS. All maintenance tasks have been completed in an appropriate time - including getting a new oven and fridge.
