The landlord (run through an office of 2 ladies) is really good, ut they take a while on maintenance issues. For example, it took them around 6 weeks to fix a leaking tap (though we did say it wasn't 'urgent' - so maybe our own fault), but with some things they are quick - like they replaced a matress within a week after we complained about it. Generally, their communication is a bit hit or miss (not sure if they just ignore the occasional email) but we're fortunate enough not to have needed to talk to them much!
