The flat itself wasn't bad. But it had a leaking bathroom and a mouse problem. Any complaints made to the agency took a very long time to be dealt with. Eventually they took a hige chunk of my deposit even through I left the flat in a better condition than I received it. I made sure it was clean even though I received it in attrocious condition. Do not recommend JNR!
